Trinkets let you customize Glimmer’s abilities. To keep your progress clear, treat collecting trinkets, collecting slots and upgrading trinkets as three separate tasks. Steam has achievement milestones for each, so a missing collection goal does not necessarily mean you need more slots. Top Hat Studios — Well Dweller

Collection milestones

Steam records a first trinket, a 10-trinket milestone and a 32-trinket milestone. Those are achievement thresholds. The number 32 alone is not evidence that there can never be another trinket in a different version. Use the in-game collection display together with the relevant achievement goal.

Track slots separately

Slot milestones measure a different goal from collecting or upgrading trinkets. Use the dedicated trinket-slot checklist to compare the official capacity objectives and record them separately. This page focuses on collection and upgrades.

Workshop upgrades

One achievement asks you to upgrade a trinket; another concerns upgrading all of your trinkets to the maximum amount. Check whether you are working toward your first upgrade or the broader completion goal. Costs, upgrade effects and workshop-token locations are not established by those achievement descriptions.

Shopping and missing unlocks

The September 26 Steam update corrected the shop achievement so that it no longer depended only on buying trinkets. If you expected the first-purchase achievement, check your build before treating the item category as a requirement. This does not imply that all purchases upgrade a trinket.

Choosing an equipment setup

The publisher confirms that trinkets can be mixed to customize play. It does not publish a universal best setup. Compare the effects shown in your game with the challenge you are facing; this page deliberately supplies no unsupported damage ranking or best-build recommendation.
